We are a small team of professional friendly pest technicians who take pride in delivering quality pest control solutions. We put quality, safety and environmental responsibility at the forefront. We are fully qualified in urban pest control and registered members of the Pest Management Association of New Zealand (PMANZ).

The Pest Man is not “powered by” or owned by any other organisation. We are a New Zealand owned and operated business and that allows us to deliver a flexible and personalised service to our customers and not a one size fits all approach.
How can you be sure we can help?
Simple. We answer your call the first time and in the rare instance we can’t we’ll call you back within 30 minutes. Our office is located in Kapiti midway between our service area which takes in Wellington, Porirua, Kapiti, Otaki Levin, Palmerston North, Feilding so we’ve got any urgent requirements covered. To ensure we can respond quickly and efficiently to your needs, our staff live and work from depots in Kapiti, Wellington and Palmerston North.

We use the latest equipment and methods for application. The Pest Man will only use controlling agents which have been approved and registered for use in New Zealand by the EPA. Our treatments are safe for you, your staff, your family and pets.
Environmental Responsibility: We are very passionate about our environmental stewardship. We are deliberate and conscious about this in every aspect of our business operations from how we clean our vehicles and keep our emissions low (difficult when you are a mobile service) to our controlled and targeted pest treatments.
Reliability and Quality Assurance: We promise that from your first contact with us to the resolution you will be happy you chose us. We guarantee our workmanship and will never over promise and under deliver. We take a consultative approach and you will always be well informed and mentored on preventative measures. We don’t lock our commercial customers into contract terms preferring to stand by the quality of our services as the only motivation to use The Pest Man.

What Does That Mean For The Environment?
The Pest Man shares in New Zealands vision for a Predator Free 2050. This is an ambitious plan put forth by the NZ government with the goal of eradicating all of its invasive and introduced mammalian predators species by 2050. This is a huge and ambitious undertaking. As custodians of the land we can all assist in delivering on this predator free goal. We encourage participation in community volunteer initiatives of which there are many in Wellington, Porirua, Kapiti and Palmerston North. Give us a call and we can advise you of your local volunteer rodent control group. It’s all part of a bigger social responsibility. Protecting the health and well being of our fellow kiwis, our workforce and our environment.
